We do not require account registration, login credentials, or personal email addresses to use any calculator or database tool on our site. This architecture means that even if our servers were compromised, no personal health data would be at risk because it simply does not exist on our infrastructure.

2. Local Storage Usage

Certain interactive tools (such as the Indian Food Plate Builder or custom calorie targets) may save your selections to your browser's standard localStorage or sessionStorage. This state resides solely on your physical device and can be cleared at any time by emptying your browser cache or site data.

We do not use localStorage to track users across sessions for advertising purposes. Any data stored locally is strictly functional — it preserves your in-progress calculations so you do not lose your inputs if you accidentally refresh the page or navigate away.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Cookies

FitTrackPro is a 100% free resource supported by non-intrusive advertisements served through Google AdSense. Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns such as which calculators are most popular and which pages have the highest bounce rates. This aggregate data helps us improve the user experience and is never linked to individual users or their health inputs.

5. Children's Privacy

FitTrackPro is designed as a general-purpose health education resource. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since all calculations are performed client-side and no account registration is required, we have no mechanism to identify or collect data from minors.
