FitTrackPro provides calculators, nutrition references and articles for general education and fitness planning. Results are estimates produced from the information you enter and the formulas described on each page.

2. Accuracy and personal variation
I work to make the tools understandable and traceable to recognized references, but no calculator can account for every difference in metabolism, body composition, food preparation, medication or health history. Food values vary with ingredients, cooking method, serving size and brand.
You are responsible for checking whether an estimate is appropriate for your situation. If you find a mistake, please report it so it can be reviewed.
3. Acceptable use
You may use FitTrackPro for personal, educational and non-commercial reference. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, access systems without permission, submit malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or present calculator results as a professional diagnosis.
4. Intellectual property
The FitTrackPro name, original interface, written explanations, graphics and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public formulas, research and government food-composition data remain attributable to their respective sources. A link to FitTrackPro is welcome; copying or republishing substantial original site content requires permission.
5. Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services, including advertising providers, hosting infrastructure and scientific sources. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. FitTrackPro does not control external sites and is not responsible for their availability or content.
6. Availability and changes
FitTrackPro is maintained by a solo developer. Features may be improved, corrected, replaced or removed, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. There is no guarantee that every tool will remain available without interruption.

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser as described in the Privacy Policy. If you email us, your message is handled by the relevant email providers. Do not send sensitive medical records or passwords.
